What to expect

Move, breathe, and sit with intention under the open sky. This 40-minute Hatha-based class blends mindful movement, breath-centered practices (Pranayama), and stillness in nature to nourish body and spirit. We begin with gentle, grounding postures, flow into focused breathwork, and close with a short guided meditation — all set against the serene beauty of Izaak Walton Preserve. Join us at the south entrance off Ridge Road for a practice that reconnects you to your breath, body, and the earth beneath you.
