Health & participation

Yoga and wellness services are not a substitute for medical care. Please practice within your limits and consult your healthcare provider before beginning a new practice, especially during pregnancy or while managing an injury or condition.

Bookings & cancellations

Class reservations, packages, and memberships are managed through our scheduling provider. Cancellation windows and membership terms are shown at the time of booking.
