Liz Smith

Founder · Yoga Instructor · Reiki Master

Liz is a yoga instructor, Reiki practitioner, and founder of Serendipity Yoga and Wellness. With over a decade in the wellness world, she integrates yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, and sound healing to support each person's unique path. In 2016, after leaving her role as a third-grade teacher, she founded Serendipity in the heart of the Homewood-Flossmoor community — a peaceful, inclusive sanctuary where people of all ages reconnect through the healing power of yoga and mindfulness. She's currently deepening her studies in classical Ayurveda with a focus on digestion, women's health, and seasonal living.
