First-timer questions
I've never done yoga before — is that okay?+
More than okay — it's our favorite. Our Beginners and Gentle classes are built for first-timers, and every teacher offers modifications so you can move at your own pace. Most people start with our New Student Special so they can try a few styles and find their fit.
What should I bring to my first class?+
Just comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. We have mats and props at the studio if you need them. Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can welcome you and show you around.
Do you offer classes for limited mobility or seniors?+
Yes. Our Chair class is fully accessible — practiced seated or using a chair for support — and several of our teachers specialize in working with adults 50+ on mobility, balance, and strength.
Can I take classes online?+
Absolutely. Many classes are available virtually as well as in-studio, so you can practice from home whenever you need to. You'll get the link when you book.
