It's especially designed for those with balance or coordination concerns, or anyone who finds it challenging to get up and down from the floor. You'll engage in movements and stretches that enhance flexibility, lung capacity, circulation, and strength — all while seated or using the chair for stability. A fantastic way to improve balance, relieve stress, and promote overall well-being in a safe, comfortable setting.
