Where mindfulness meets movement in a harmonious blend. We explore the foundational postures of Hatha yoga with a focus on cultivating awareness and presence. Each pose is approached with intention and care, encouraging a deep connection between mind and body. Classes weave in guided breathwork to center the mind, gentle stretches to release tension, intentional asana with clear cueing and alignment, smooth transitions to keep the body safe, and guided relaxation to integrate the practice. Suitable for all levels — come with an open heart and leave feeling centered and rejuvenated.
