This Yin-style class focuses on longer holds and deeper postures to access tight muscles, fascia, and connective tissues. Working slowly and mindfully, you'll improve mobility in the hips, pelvis, and spine, reduce stiffness, and invite a greater sense of calm. Perfect for all levels — whether you're complementing a vigorous practice or simply want to slow down and stretch, you'll leave feeling open, relaxed, and restored.
