So often we’re encouraged to “be our best self” or “step into our higher self.” And while there is beauty in growth, sometimes that language can quietly nudge us toward striving, fixing, or feeling like who we are in this moment isn’t quite enough.
This week, I invite you to practice something softer, kinder, and potentially transformative: Be your favorite self.
Not the future version of you. Not the perfected version of you. But the you that already exists. The one you genuinely like.
Let this be a week of noticing what you genuinely enjoy about yourself right now. Maybe it’s your curiosity, humor, resilience, compassion, creativity, ability to begin again, or the way you care for others. Perhaps it’s simply the way you breathe through challenges or show up even when life feels full. Spend time being your favorite version of you.

It’s a simple ritual that invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
