What’s Already Here
On Sunday, I gathered with a group of friends and spent the day on a book crawl. It was such a beautiful reminder that joy does not always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from slowing down enough to notice what is already here.

On Sunday, I gathered with a group of friends and spent the day on a book crawl, which is like a bar crawl, but with coffee shops instead of bars.
We moved from place to place with books in hand. Sometimes we talked. Sometimes we sat together in silence. We read, sipped mindfully, and savored the simple sweetness of being near one another.
There was no agenda to complete. No goal to achieve. Nothing to prove. Just friendship, coffee, quiet pages, and presence.
It was such a beautiful reminder that joy does not always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from slowing down enough to notice what is already here.

Read | Yesterday, I sat and read all day. It was delightful and helped me discover a book that will forever be in my top three. Grab some tissue, sit back, prepare to ugly cry, and read Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid.
