If you find yourself feeling stressed, anxious or a little blue, try this:
- unclench your jaw
- take three deep breaths
- sit or stand a bit taller
- drink some water
- stretch and move
- notice your body (Where are you tight or feeling discomfort?)
- check-in with your heart (What are you holding on to? Where are you tense or anxious?)
- look up at the sky
- observe how you feel now

Try This | Step your feet apart a bit wider than your pelvis. Turn your toes out and away from each other at about a 60-degree angle. Inhale and lift your arms up and around your body. Lengthen your spine. Exhale and bend your knees. Squat as low as you comfortably can. This action can open your hips and groin, stretches your ankles, back and neck, tones your abdominals, aids in digestion and keeps your pelvic floor and hip joints healthy.
