Each new day offers a quiet invitation to begin again. Before getting swept into the rhythm of your morning, pause for a moment. Observe the simple fact that you woke up. Let that be enough.
Gratitude often lives in the ordinary moments we often move through without noticing. As you move through your day, see if you can carry threads of gratitude with you. Clean, running water. Fresh food. Electricity. The comfort of your clothes. The presence of someone you love, or even the memory of connection.
And if the day feels heavy or you forget, that is part of being human. You can always return to gratitude with the next breath. The next pause. The next small moment of awareness.
