There are times that I struggle to say no. For a variety of reasons, I find that drawing that boundary feels a bit scary, disappointing, and intimidating. And, I know I am not alone. If you are with me, I invite you to carry this advice from Spirit Daughter with you into the days, weeks, and months ahead:
“If it drains you, say no. If it takes away your power, say no. If it makes you doubt, say no. If it makes you contract, say no. If it damages your peace, say no. If it is not a resounding yes, say no.”
