The Optimism of Spring

As we immerse ourselves fully into the potential optimism of spring, you might consider enhancing your self-care practices as they relate to the season:

  • plant seeds for fresh herbs (and new beginnings).
  • take your body and mind outside.
  • eat local, organic, and seasonal fruits and veggies.
  • clean and declutter your home (and your mind).
  • listen to the sounds of nature.
  • catch some early morning sun rays… even if it is from the comfort of your bed.

When we follow the wisdom of natural patterns, we feel more whole and alive. Embrace the season and observe how you feel.

Inspire | ”I cannot do all the good that the world needs. But the world needs all the good that I can do.” Jana Stanfield

Read | As we enter the latter half of spring, it is helpful to tweak our routines to help support the transition into warmer weather. Enjoying leafy greens, spending time outdoors, and taking cooling breaths are all Ayurvedic practices that can help you feel like the best version of yourself this time of year. Try This | If you are feeling a bit unfocused or disconnected, step outside and stand barefoot in the grass. Feel the earth beneath your feet and get grounded.
