Like learning to play the piano or becoming a skilled writer, yoga and mindfulness are practices. They are not destinations we arrive at or skills we ever truly perfect. Instead, they invite us to return again and again with curiosity, patience, and a willingness to learn.
With each breath, each pose, and each moment of meditation, we grow a little more aware. We learn from what feels easeful, from what feels challenging, and from the experiences we share with one another. There is power in allowing ourselves to be beginners, to experiment, and to appreciate the journey rather than striving for perfection.
My hope for you this week is simply this: create a little space to practice. Trust that every mindful breath, every moment of presence, and every small step forward is enough.
