Like learning to play the piano or refining your skills as a writer, yoga and mindfulness are practices. They are not things that we ever perfect. Over time and with patient repetition, we develop and improve. We learn from our mistakes and share our experiences with others. There is a beauty in understanding this so that we can appreciate the journey as we learn and experiment with poses, breathing and meditation. My hope is that you will create space to practice this week.
