Inspire | “Keep my anger from becoming meanness. Keep my sorrow from collapsing into self-pity. Keep my heart soft enough to keep breaking. Keep my anger turned towards justice, not cruelty. Remind me that all of this, every bit of it, is for love. Keep me fiercely kind.” Laura Jean Truman

Read | The heart is one of the body’s most vital organs and how we nourish, strengthen, and care for it matters. If you have 5-10 minutes, click here to learn more about the heartthrough the yogic and Ayurvedic lens.

Try taking a deep inhale through the nose, then exhaling with an audible sigh through the mouth. Repeat 2–3 times when you feel stressed, anxious, or mentally foggy.
