This week, I was gently nudged by the universe (and an unknown author) to remember the following: “Healing doesn’t mean you’ll never get triggered again, or that eventually you’re going to arrive somewhere free of any pain or suffering. Healing is a quiet homecoming. It’s about returning to yourself and settling peacefully into the truth of who you are. Not incomplete. Not broken. Whole, loveable, human.”

Inspire | ”Where we give our attention, that place will flower and blossom. So if we give our attention to love, it grows.” Jack Kornfield
Listen | Jeremy (my thoughtful hubby) brought this song, Is What It Is by Judah & the Lion, to my attention this week, and quite serendipitously, it was exactly what I needed to hear.
Try This | Grab a notebook or a piece of paper and something to write with. Find somewhere quiet to sit. Make yourself comfortable, and then get still. Listen the sound of your breath. Listen to the sounds of the world around you. Write about what you hear and feel in this moment.
