This morning, all I wanted to do was stay snuggled up beneath the comfort of my covers for as long as possible, and I did! Even as I write this email, I am buried beneath my softest blanket and propped up by a mound of pillows. I decided that today, comfort will guide each of my decisions, and I invite you to do the same… Stay warm, dress for ease, make a hearty meal… Whatever brings you comfort, just do it and see how you can ease yourself into the experience of the day and the new season.

Try This | As the weather warms and the sun stays out later, take the time to step outside and walk mindfully. Leave your devices at home. Walk slowly- one foot in front of the other. Look up at the sky, down at the ground and all around. Take in your surroundings. Breathe deeply and enjoy the shift in season.
