As I sit here reflecting on my week, I keep returning to the idea that what we invest our time, energy, and attention into has a way of expanding.
So much of the energy around us right now feels rooted in scarcity, as though there is never quite enough to go around. Not enough time. Not enough money. Not enough resources. It is easy to become focused on what we might lose or what we lack.
But what if, instead of feeding that fear, we chose to feed possibility?
What might happen if we shared more freely, supported one another, and trusted in abundance? What if we became more intentional about giving our energy to the things we actually want to grow?
This week, consider where you want to direct your energy. More time to rest. Time on your yoga mat. Meditation. Reading. Friendship. Community. Whatever you hope to cultivate, begin by giving it some of your attention.

Read | I just devoured The Calamity Club by Kathryn Stockett. It was a simultaneously heartwarming and heartbreaking story of resilience, love, and the ways we hold onto one another while navigating the challenges of our circumstances and the world around us.
Try This | Take a moment to savor the feeling of crossing something off your to-do list. Pause for three deep breaths and notice the sense of joy, relief, and freedom that comes with completion.
